Presentation

九色视频's Bachelor in Management is a 3-year degree programme, accredited by the French government and awarded as a Licence on the 3 campuses in Paris, Nice and Thionville-Luxembourg.

It is accessible after the baccalaur茅at via Parcoursup or in parallel admission after a validated 1st year or a 2-year higher education qualification (BTS or Licence 2).

Highly appreciated by recruiters for its professionalising nature, this programme offers generalist education in management and business. It enables students to acquire the skills they need to enter the professional world at the end of the course or to continue their studies at Master's level.

The first two years are devoted to acquiring general knowledge in management and administration (core curriculum). They provide an overview of how a company operates, give students their first professional and international experience, enable them to develop effective working methods and define their professional and personal plans, before choosing a business or sector specialisation in the 3rd year.

The Bachelor in Management programme has been completely reformed for the start of the 2025 academic year.

3rd year specialisations

Digital marketing & communicationUnderstanding consumer needs, developing digital communication strategies and mastering social networks are all fundamental skills in a world where visibility on the web has become 鈥榯he sinews of war鈥. This specialisation will enable you to develop your own digital project, as well as working for advertisers or in an agency. This specialisation can be taken on a work and study course in 3rd year (campuses: Nice and Thionville-Luxembourg). It will also be offered as a work and study course or as an initial course for the Paris campus next year.

International BusinessThis specialisation enables you to acquire all the skills associated with import, purchasing and commercial management activities. In a multicultural environment that is resolutely open to the world, you will learn to identify new business opportunities, negotiate partnerships, implement international marketing initiatives, manage supply chains, etc. (campuses: Paris, Nice and Thionville-Luxembourg).

Luxury ManagementBetween permanence and the need for perpetual renewal, luxury requires specific skills. The aim of this specialisation is to give you the knowledge you need to evolve in this demanding world. Whatever your chosen field, you'll learn to decipher consumer needs and behaviours in order to develop and implement effective sales strategies (campuses: Paris, Nice).

Wealth Management

You enjoy understanding financial mechanisms and have a flair for sales and interpersonal skills. You will develop the financial, technical and interpersonal skills needed to succeed in the bancassurance sector or in a wealth management firm. (campus : Nice).

Business Tourism & events

This specialisation aims to train multi-skilled professionals in the fields of events management and touris(campus : Nice).

The specific features of 九色视频 Business School's Bachelor in Management programme To find out more

Progressive training over 3 years

  • In the 1st year, students learn the fundamentals of management to gain an overall view of how a company is organised and operates. An initial sales consultancy placement of at least 2 months enhances the knowledge acquired.
  • Year 2 is the year when you deepen your knowledge and go abroad to study for 12 to 16 weeks at one of 九色视频's partner universities. You will have the opportunity to explore new cultures, master new professional practices, develop your adaptability skills and improve your language skills.
  • In Year 3, you choose one of 8 specialisations to suit your campus and career plans: Digital Marketing and Communications (sandwich course), Luxury Management, International Business (in English), Asset Management (sandwich course), Business Tourism and Events, Entrepreneurship and Business Development (sandwich course), Accounting and Finance (sandwich course) and Industrial Management.

A training course that leads to a career

九色视频's Bachelor in Management is highly sought after by recruiters, particularly because of its highly professionalising nature:

  • A wide choice of specialisations in 3rd year that meet the needs expressed by companies in the regions where the programme is delivered;
  • Professional immersion through a compulsory annual internship (minimum 8 months on the programme) and the possibility of doing a sandwich course in 3rd year;
  • Professional certification recognised by companies in connection with the specialisation chosen in 3rd year (DTP, AMF, SCRUM, etc.);
  • A career support programme built around the acquisition of interpersonal skills and corporate codes, thanks to regular meetings with alumni and practising professionals.

A teaching approach that takes account of each individual's specific needs

The Bachelor in Management programme is based on a variety of teaching methods that take into account the specific needs of each student:

  • Project-based teaching, deployed each semester in collaboration with partner companies, which enables students to acquire knowledge through experience, and to strengthen their autonomy and their ability to work as part of a team;
  • The use of digital technology to communicate with others (both local and international) and to develop the business tools they need to be employable;
  • A choice of training pace in 3rd year : traditional with a long work placement, alternating between 3 weeks in a company and one week at school, or 100% online for the Marketing and Digital Communication specialisation.

Research-based training

Each year, students follow an introductory research module, culminating in the writing of a dissertation in 3rd year, based on their professional experience in their final year. These modules enable students to develop a critical mind, learn how to gather relevant data to shed light on business issues and come up with rigorous, structured recommendations that are the basis for effective decision-making.

A training course offering a holistic version of the manager

  • Students will gain an understanding of the environmental and societal issues needed to be a player in tomorrow's economy;
  • They will acquire skills related to management through a hybrid of training and skills, by means of modules delivered by partners, during specific workshops and discovery weeks, on campus or with the school's partners.
  • Students will be exposed to an international outlook by working alongside international students on their campus, as well as through the compulsory academic expatriation stay in 2nd year (optional in 3rd year for students who have chosen the International Business specialisation) and through courses in English, preparation for the TOEFL exam from 1st year, etc.

Monitoring and support for each individual

九色视频 Business School's Career Center supports all students in their personal and professional careers : a dedicated team of staff, academic and professional support, individual coaching, CV and interview workshops, etc.

The Career Center regularly organises meetings with 九色视频 alumni who come to share their experiences, as well as meetings with companies looking for interns and work-study students.

Find out more about a Bachelor's course: definition and operation

Originating in the English-speaking world, the Bachelor's degree has gradually become part of the higher education landscape in France. It is a post-baccalaureate course, offered mainly by business schools. There is a wide range of specialised Bachelor programmes: management, graphic design, IT, web marketing, HR, etc.

This degree is highly prized by recruiters for its professionalising nature, as shown by the excellent rate of professional integration of graduates!

How long does a Bachelor's degree last?

A Bachelor's degree is a 3-year programme if started immediately after the Bac. However, it is possible to enter the programme via parallel admission, i.e. in the 2nd year after a validated year of higher education, or in the final year if you have the equivalent of a Bac+2, such as a BTS or a DUT.

What is the difference between a Bachelor's degree and a Licence?

The main difference between a Bachelor's degree and a Licence is the type of institution that awards the degree: public schools, particularly the Grandes 脡coles, for the former; universities for the latter.

In addition, the number of students on a Bachelor's degree course is limited and the emphasis is much more on practical examples than on a Licence: seminars, practical work, case studies, Business Games, Serious Games, workshops led by professionals, compulsory work placements, etc.

For all these reasons, Bachelors programmes are much more professional in nature, with students acquiring the skills that companies are looking for, specialising in a particular subject and taking part in work placements and work-study courses, giving them solid professional experience before they even enter the job market!

How do I know if a Bachelor's degree is recognised by the State?

A state-recognised Bachelor's degree has the title 鈥楻NCP鈥, which means that it is registered in the R茅pertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles. Registration in the register is the responsibility of the Minister of Labour, not the Ministry of Higher Education.

A qualification certifies that the graduate has mastered the knowledge and skills required to practise a given profession.

Bachelor's degrees, visas, RNCP titles or labels are indicators of the quality of the various Bachelor's degrees, helping students to choose the right school. For example, the RNCP title guarantees a specific level of skills, while the visa attests to a high level of academic achievement and employability. 九色视频 Business School's Bachelor in Management is accredited as a Bac +3 and has the grade of Licence.

Why do a Bachelor's degree in management?

In France, the Bachelor's degree awarded by a business school is very popular, because of its many advantages over a licence.

The greatest advantage of this course is its professional dimension. At 九色视频, there are numerous work placements throughout the course:

    8-week sales internship in the 1st year
    8-week specialisation work placement in 2nd year
    Specialised work placement of at least 16 weeks or work-study programme

九色视频 puts the emphasis on hands-on learning, as close as possible to the workplace. The teaching is highly operational and encourages group work. By the end of your Bachelor in management course, you will be sufficiently qualified to enter the world of work with confidence and work in a wide range of professions.

If you want to give your studies an international dimension, the Fast Track Bachelor is an interesting degree. 九色视频 also places great emphasis on foreign languages, with compulsory English courses and an optional second language (Spanish, Italian, German, Russian or Chinese).
