There are many options available to you to finance your studies

 

Work-study / Apprenticeship

The tuition fees for work-study students are paid by the host company. There are two types of work-study contract:

  • a professionalisation contract, accompanied by a remuneration of 80% of the SMIC (taxable).
  • an apprenticeship contract, with remuneration of 43 or 78% of the SMIC (non-taxable).

BTS

The 7 specializations offered in the BTS can be done in a work-study course basis:

  • International Commerce: Paris and Nice campuses - in a work-study course in 2nd year
  • Operational Sales Management: Paris and Nice campuses - 2-year work-study program
  • SME Management: Paris and Nice campuses - 2-year in a work-study course
  • Communication: Nice campus - 2-year in a work-study course
  • Real Estate Professions: Nice campus - 2-year in a work-study course
  • Consulting and Marketing of technical solutions: Paris campus - 2-year in a work-study course
  • Tourism: Nice campus - 2-year in a work-study course

Bachelor in management

During the 3rd year of the Bachelor in Management program, the 8 specializations can be completed as part of a work-study program (or initially):

  • Digital Marketing and Communication: Paris, Nice and Thionville-Luxembourg campuses
  • Luxury Management: Paris and Nice campuses
  • Asset Management: Nice campus
  • Accounting and Finance: Thionville-Luxembourg campus
  • Entrepreneurship and Business Development: Paris and Nice campuses
  • International Business: Paris, Nice and Thionville-Luxembourg campuses
  • Business Tourism and Events: Nice campus
  • Industrial Management: opening in September 2026 on the Thionville-Luxembourg campus

Grande École Programme

In Paris, as in Nice, all Master's specializations can be taken on a sandwich course (with the exception of the Management & Cultural Engineering specialization - a double-diploma in partnership with the Institut Catholique de Paris).

Work-study scheme for the B driving licence (state aid)

Apprentices who have reached the age of majority may be eligible for state aid to finance their B driving licence. An amount of €500 will be paid by the state if the following conditions are met:

  • They are at least 18 years old
  • They have a current apprenticeship contract;
  • Be engaged in a course to obtain a B driving licence.

CROUS scholarship Unfold all Fold all

The Bachelor in Management at ɫƵ Business School is authorized to welcome CROUS scholarship holders on all three campuses where the program is offered: Paris, Nice, and Thionville-Luxembourg.

The CROUS State Scholarship is a financial aid provided by the CROUS (Regional Centers for University and School Services), based on your household’s income, the number of dependents, and the distance from your place of study. The scholarship is paid monthly to the beneficiary by the CROUS.

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must meet several conditions:

  • Be under 28 years old on September 1st of the academic year, for a first-time application
  • Be enrolled in an initial training program authorized by the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation to receive scholarship students
  • Follow a full-time study program (not in a work-study format)
  • Meet requirements of attendance, exam participation, and academic progress

National Education merit-based aid Unfold all Fold all

This grant is awarded to all grant-holders who have obtained a ‘Mention Très Bien’ at the baccalauréat. The amount is set by inter-ministerial decree and may vary depending on the year in which the student obtained their baccalauréat.

Specific Annual Allowance Unfold all Fold all

This specific allowance provides personalised financial assistance to students in difficulty. It is paid if the student is in long-term financial difficulty but does not have a state grant and is in one of the following situations: family breakdown, proven independence, etc.

Excellence Scholarship

A 50% reduction on the 1st year tuition fees is granted :

  • All students who have obtained the mention Very Good in the baccalaureate awarded by the French state and whose lycée is registered with the Ministry of National Education, Higher Education and Research.
  • Students with state grants who have obtained the mention Bien in the baccalauréat awarded by the French state and whose lycée is registered with the Ministry of National Education, Higher Education and Research.

 

Merit Scholarship

Every year, on every campus, the best students on the Grande École Programme outside PGE3 are rewarded for their excellent results in the form of reduced tuition fees.

Eligibility criteria: Academic results.
Value : Financial award from the school for the top 3 students in each super promotion, regardless of the student's status (alternating or not). If alternating: transfer to the student. For the PGE5, the first 3 students in the initial training super promotion and the first 3 students in the Double Diploma super promotion are awarded.

Family Scholarship

Any student who has a brother or sister studying at the same time at ɫƵ in a PGE, Bachelor or BTS programme. The year of study is not necessarily the same.

Eligibility criteria: Number of members of the same family studying at ɫƵ.
Value: 25% reduction on the annual tuition fees for the 2nd child enrolled at the school in a PGE or Bachelor programme. The amount is paid in the form of an endowment.

Alumni "Child" program

A 10% discount on tuition fees is given to all children of our graduates, regardless of the programme.

Alumni "sponsorship" programStudents on the Grande Ecole Programme in their 1st year at each campus can benefit from a 10% reduction on the tuition fees for the first year of the PGE, provided they are sponsored by an ɫƵ Paris or Nice graduate.

ɫƵ Scholarship

The school has set up specific scholarships for the Grande École and Bachelor programmes, granted by an allocation committee, subject to means-tested and academic results. This scholarship is available to Grand École Programme, Bachelor and BTS students.

Personalised housing assistance (APL)

The APL, funded by the Caisse d'Allocations Familiales (CAF), is available to all students who have signed a rental agreement, regardless of their income.

Social housing allowance (ALS)

The ALS is funded by the Caisse d'Allocations Familiales (CAF). The amount of this allowance varies according to your family situation, your income, your rent or your loan repayments.

Train

CARTE ZOU

The ZOU card covers 100% of the cost of journeys between home and school for students, apprentices and vocational training trainees under the age of 26 who live and attend school in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region.
The ZOU card also offers a 50% discount on all other journeys in the PACA region.

Thionville- Luxembourg Campus

Bus

Free Citéline transport for students living in Thionville (go to the town hall with ID, a bill showing your home address and a school certificate).

European and regional scholarships (PUBLIC AIDS)

If you want to study or do an internship abroad, in Europe or elsewhere, some scholarships can cover part of the costs of your project.

ERASMUS+ Grant

This financial aid enables you to finance your study stay or work placement in one of the countries of the European Union.

In the case of a study stay, it is allocated in the countries according to:

  • High cost of living (Austria, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Norway, Sweden, United Kingdom): €200/month for a study grant and €350/month for a work placement grant. In the other EEA countries, Turkey and Macedonia: €150/month for a study grant and €300/month for an internship grant.
  • The duration and type of your mobility project: study or work placement.
  • Grants may be awarded in part depending on the number of applicants.
  • Non-resource-tested study grants
  • Internship grants are reserved for those with a QF of less than €25,000 and are awarded subject to the budget available and depending on the number of applications.

Regional Grant PRAME

The PRAME (Programme Régional d'Aide à la Mobilité Étudiante) grant from the Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur region are regional grants that cannot be combined with the Erasmus+ grant.

  • The PRAME grant can cover part of the cost of your stay abroad. It is available to students enrolled in a regional higher education establishment preparing a state-approved degree.

PRAME Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur regional expatriation grant
The PRAME grant is €100 to €400 per month for a minimum of 3 months for a study stay, and 2 months for a work placement, up to a maximum of €2 000.

Discover the platform  enables students to obtain scholarships and financial aid for their academic studies.

Funding programs provide financial assistance for everything from living expenses, tuition and residence fees to additional expenses for semesters abroad. Information is also available on how to apply for scholarships and bursaries.

Municipal, departmental and regional grants (CE)

Communes and départements can provide financial assistance for studies. Some Comités d'Entreprises (C.E.) and mutual insurance companies also offer scholarships.

Jacques Lambert Foundation Unfold all Fold all

Sponsored by the Fondation de France, this foundation awards grants to business school students of French nationality enrolled in the 3rd year of the Grande Ecole programme.

Giveka Fondation Unfold all Fold all

It awards grants to French or Swiss students who, as a result of an accident or illness contracted after obtaining their baccalauréat, have financial difficulties in starting or following higher education in France or abroad.

To apply, submit an application before November of the current academic year.

Francis Bouygues Corporate Foundation Unfold all Fold all

The Foundation offers assistance to students who have obtained a ‘Bien’ or ‘Très Bien’ at the baccalauréat and are experiencing financial difficulties.

Marcel Bleustein Blanchet Foundation Unfold all Fold all

The Foundation offers a Vocation Scholarship for students aged between 18 and 30 of any nationality who are experiencing financial difficulties and have a vocation that they have demonstrated by making a start on, and who are experiencing serious difficulties in continuing their education. Applications are submitted at specific times of the year.

 

Bank loans

Some banks offer ɫƵ students student loans at preferential rates.

State-guaranteed loan

A student loan is a consumer credit granted to finance your studies.

It is guaranteed by the French government, and allows you to obtain a loan to finance your studies without a means test or guarantee from a relative. It is open to all students, whether or not they receive a grant.

In addition to these schemes, students on the Grande École program can benefit from other specific financial assistance, such as the special staggering of tuition fees.
