Lecturer-researchers

They provide students with a broad perspective and a critical eye, enabling them to better understand their future career paths.

All of them hold a doctorate and are recognised in their field of expertise thanks to their research work. Their research work is published in academic articles in international journals and presented at international conferences.

Professional experts and VIPs

The professionals who teach at ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ are managers, consultants, entrepreneurs and company directors. By passing on their field experience and know-how to students, they enable them to make the link between theoretical teaching and its application to real-life business situations.

In addition, writers, essayists and politicians come to our campuses every year to discuss major contemporary issues with students: Pascal Bruckner, Arnaud Montebourg, Mathieu Bock-Côté and Aquilino Morelle, for example.

Digital Learning Center

¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ is constantly reflecting on the consequences of the major changes in our world on management education.

With this in mind, since September 2018, the school has had a Digital Learning Center dedicated to innovation, with multiple missions:

  • Ensure the implementation of a teaching approach based on the hybridisation of skills, learning by doing and openness to the world
  • Encourage educational and digital innovation
  • Train students, teacher-researchers and professional experts in new tools
  • Continuously monitor educational innovation at national level
  • Develop hybrid and phygital teaching paths

The incubator: transform your idea into an innovative business!

¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ materialise your entrepreneurial project thanks to a strong support: legal advice, accounting expertise, personalised coaching, development of your business model... You hold all the cards in hand to innovate, from the design of your project to its final realisation. These services are offered to you over a period ranging from 6 to 18 months.

Internships and work-study programmes: play a role within a business!

¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ students are required to complete an internship each year. Lasting from 2 to 6 months, these field experiences can take place in all types of structure: start-ups, SMEs, large groups, public establishments, in France and abroad. ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ also offers its students the opportunity to complete the Masters cycle on a work-study basis.

A multicultural environment

International is a daily experience at ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ. You can live international experiences every day at ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ. A stimulating cultural mix, ideal to prepare yourself to evolve in a globalised professional environment.

For the Grande École Programme, this internationalisation can go even further, thanks to:

  • the American Track, where courses are taught entirely in English from the first year,
  • the Country option (Asia and Hispanics), which includes specific courses on the economy, civilisation and language of the areas concerned,
  • the Management & Engineering double degree in partnership with Politecnico di Torino.

Learn to manage internationally

Spending time abroad during your studies is compulsory at ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ, it allows students to discover the world but also, and above all, to learn how to manage internationally.

Thanks to its large network of partner universities, ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ offers to students the possibility to study semesters abroad throughout their studies:

  • Expedition week at UCR Extention and McGill School of Continuing Studies (USA)
  • Study semester at one of 120 other partner universities
  • Double degrees (Politecnico di Torino, Griffith College, University of Greenwich, Edinburgh Napier University, Solbridge International School of Business).

A week during which you will experience unique moments, thats will teach you how to surpass yourself and become an adaptable team player:  
• Adrenaline (multisport adventure, via ferrata)
• Survival training (extreme cold, trapper, sea fishing and diving)
• Military training (police headquarters, National Reserve)
 

Cultural & Discovery Options: explore new worlds!

No creativity without culture! Throughout the curriculum, you can choose from several Culture and Discovery path. History of art, geography, fashion, music, gastronomy ... These extra-curricular options enrichh your general knowledge and analytical skills.  It is an undeniable asset for understanding new issues and daring to explore new perspectives.

Associative project: develop your managerial skills!

¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ provides its students the opportunity to take part in an associative project that is close to their heart. It is a good way to practice defending ideas, motivating a team around a commun goal, juggle between innovative proposals and budgetary constraints...  A know-how and soft-skills that will breatch new life into your professional project.

5 soft skills to gain

The pedagogical objectives of each programme at ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ converge on 5 key skills that will enable students to become agile and committed managers: teamwork, adaptability, problem solving, ethics, business skills.

Self-discovery and corporate codes, adaptability, developing curiosity and openness to others, multiculturalism and reflection on one's orientation, learning about management, developing one's vision and projecting oneself are skills that students acquire throughout their course.
