Inside ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ Lab is a series of videos allowing ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ researchers to express themselves on their research work in a short and popular format. In the first edition of this series, Vincent Dutot talks about the smartwatches adoption.

The objective of this research led by Vincent Dutot, Professor in Management of Information Systems and Head of the Learning Lab at ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ, is to explore the different modes of smartwatches in three different geographical areas: China, France and Thailand.

The analytical framework is based on five elements: technology acceptance, perceived affective quality, mobility, availability and trust. Results of this study highlight some ideas on the commercialisation of these devices in these three countries, using both general strategies and specific communication systems.
