Prof. Maria-Giuseppina Bruna, Director of the ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ's Inclusive Enterprise Chair, has just been interviewed by the Prime Minister's department "France Stratégie" as an expert on inclusion and CSR issues.

Since 2013, the CSR Platform, set up by France Stratégie - formerly the Commissariat général au Plan - has been issuing opinions and making recommendations on the social, environmental and governance issues raised by corporate social responsibility. When asked by Brigitte Bourguignon, Minister for Autonomy, Sophie Cluzel, Secretary of State for the Disabled, and Olivia Grégoire, Secretary of State for the Social and Responsible Economy, the Platform wanted to consult Maria Giuseppina Bruna, Director of Resources, R&D, Chairs, Ethics and CSR at the ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ, on the subject of the commitment of companies in favour of employee-helpers.

Our teacher had the pleasure of presenting the report of her multi-year research-action programme "Employee-helpers: strategic analysis, organisational support and prospective study" supported by the ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ Inclusive Enterprise Chair, in partnership with the MUTEX company and the VYV Group. She was accompanied for the occasion by Nathalie Montargot, associate professor at Excelia Business School and associate researcher of the ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ Inclusive Enterprise Chair.

The issue of family carers is crucial today as they represent more than 4.5 million employees in France. Mental overload, role conflicts, imbalances in life time, suffering at work, career blockages, work stoppages and even resignations are all consequences that directly affect the situation of the employee caregiver or the company. ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ is therefore very pleased to take up this issue, through Maria Giuseppina Bruna and her Chair.
