Batoul El Mawla, PhD in Management Sciences, Assistant Professor at the ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ Business School and research within the ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ Chair 'Towards an Inclusive Company' since September 2021. Her doctoral thesis entitled "The determinants of social disclosure: a comparative study France/Canada" is obtained from Toulouse 1 Capitole University and awarded the Ozenne Prize from the Académie des Sciences, Inscriptions et Belles-Lettres de Toulouse. Her researches focus on Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Social Disclosure as well as Diversity and Inclusion. Recently, Batoul EL MAWLA coordinated the 3rd edition of the FNEGE Environmental Transition Observatory which was published in September 2023.
