What are the objectives of the Master's in engineering and wealth management?
This fifth-year specialism will enable you to gain all the knowledge you need to enter various professions related to the management, creation or transfer of wealth. Upon completion of the course, you will be able to evaluate the financial situation of a private individual, recommend a global strategy for property or finance investment and management, provide information about changes in fiscal policy, warn of the risks presented by specific financial products and coordinate the work of various specialists (notaries, lawyers, chartered accountants, insurers, etc.).
What classes are included in engineering & wealth management ?
You will follow classes that are common to all specialisms in the Grande École Programme as well as "specialist modules". Based on a global approach to wealth management, the latter will enable you to learn how to manage financial asset portfolios, establish a financial diagnosis, carry out property investment projects or become an expert in taxation and property law. Topics covered in the core curriculum include: corporate social responsibility and ethics, the corporate challenge, major contemporary issues,
dissertation methodology, leadership and responsible team management.

A six-month final internship is compulsory for all students in the Grande École Programme, but if you would like to gain more work experience, you can choose to complete the fifth year on a work-study basis, by signing either a "professionalisation" or apprenticeship contract. In this case, you will spend two days a week at ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ and three days a week at your host employer, such as a consultancy firm, a bank, or a personal finance or wealth manager.

The defence of a final dissertation is compulsory for all students in the fifth year of the Grande École Programme. This exercise will enable you to develop expertise in a subject area related to your future career. Along with your dissertation supervisor, you will choose the subject of your work, whether it's sustainable financial investments, responsible fiscal optimisation, sponsorship and tax reduction, or new ways to make the most out of savings.
