The new challenges of "diversity and inclusion in business" were at the heart of discussions at the 18th Rencontres Internationales de la Diversité, which took place on 7 and 8 March on the ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ Business School campus in Nice.

A special round-table discussion on the theme of "Artificial intelligence: between ethical challenges, inclusive promises and dystopian projections" brought together representatives from the Côte d'Azur's digital ecosystem, including Elodie CANAS (SAP Labs France), Mathieu MERIAN (SOmanity), Alicia SCHUPPEN (Maison de l'Intelligence Artificielle) and Antonia MACHLOUZARIDES-SHALIT (NeuroPin).

Organised by the 'Les défis de la diversité' association, the 'Inclusive Enterprise' Chair at ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ Business School, the International Institute for Social Audit, the Association Francophone de GRH and the EGID Centre (University of Liège), in partnership with ASMP and the Co-Crea Chair (University of Montpellier) and the Question(s) de Management and Management & Sciences Sociales journals, over the years, this event has become a key forum for exchanges between lecturers, corporate diversity and inclusion managers and all those involved in the fight to restore equal opportunities, inclusion and integration.
