A few minutes from Paris in the department of Seine-Saint-Denis, the crops Tour of Romainville should see the light of day by the end of the year. Committed for a long time to the development of urban agriculture on its territory, the municipality has developed this innovative project to promote the development of a new economic sector, creating jobs, and to ensure a strong awareness of the inhabitants to sustainable food.
Dominique Bonet-Fernandez, Professor at ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ and Head of the Logistics, International Trade and Information Systems Department, presents in this video the involvement of the various actors and the role of ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ in this project supported by the Chair of Collaborative Economy. Alongside AgroParisTech and INRA, ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ brings a managerial dimension to this urban and vertical agriculture project.
