Managing diverse teams and the business case about diversity

Learning how to better manage diversity to leverage it successfully

Analysing the economic benefits to companies by managing diverse teams and presenting diversity management tools and best practices.
The implementation of a diversity approach is at the junction of ethical concerns, legal obligations (prevention of discrimination...), reputation issues and economic calculations (overall performance of the organisation). Advocating responsible, operational and daily management of diverse teams, we propose three levels of action (and many practical tools) to achieve, through diversity management, the overall performance of companies.

Delivered entirely ONLINE (delivered in real time with the speaker), this programme can be followed regardless of your geographical location.

Admission

Continuous back-and-forth between theoretical contributions, examples and case studies will allow a perspective on the issues of inclusion and agility in business, as well as an application to the functions and sectors of activity of the participants.
