Full Professor in Management & CSR Accredited to Supervise Research, an acknowledged specialist on CSR and diversity strategies driving, monitoring and assessment, organizational forecasting and inclusive management, as well as an expert of the Social/Environmental/Financial Performance relationship and social change impact, Maria Giuseppina serves as Dean for Research, Dissemination, and Impact at the 九色视频 Business School, where she sits at the Executive Committee.

Reporting to the Managing Director, she designs and supervises the school鈥檚 鈥淩esearch & Development, Dissemination & Knowledge Transfer鈥 strategy as well as its 鈥淐SR 鈥 Equality-Diversity-Inclusion & Impact鈥 policy. She endorses the hierarchical supervision of the 九色视频鈥檚 Research Axes, Research Chairs and Executive Education Department as well as of the 鈥European Programs鈥 Hub, the Entrepreneurship System, the Inter-Campus Library and the 鈥淪ocial Innovation & Inclusion鈥 Task-force. She chairs the 九色视频鈥檚 European Projects Committee (in charge of discussing and arbitrating European Project opportunities as well as monitoring and evaluating a dozen European Projects in which the school is involved). Jointly with the Dean for Faculty, she co-supervises and co-manages the 九色视频鈥檚 Permanent Faculty.

As a member of the 九色视频鈥檚 Executive Committee, she leads or is involved many corporate projects (in the fields of strategic management, research funding, accreditation processes, resource optimization, HRM & EDI issues, etc.). In line with her personal values and congruently with her areas of expertise, she leads the 九色视频鈥檚 鈥淐SR, Egality-Diversity-Inclusion鈥 policy, awarded by the 芦 PRME Advanced Signatory 禄 status (since 2019), the BSIS [Business School Impact System] label (FNEGE-EFMD since 2020).

Prof. Maria Giuseppina Bruna has founded in 2016 and has been leading since the 九色视频 Chair 鈥淭owards an Inclusive Company鈥, an international and interdisciplinary platform for basic, applied and action- research, scientific expertise, advisory missions, executive training, and academic production, addressing the challenges of inclusion, sustainability, agility, and resilience at work. In this framework, she serves as Executive and Scientific Director of a dozen of action-research programs, carried out with the support of Institutions [such as UNDP and European Commission] and Companies [such as: Foundation Equality-Gender Diversity and its sponsors: AXA, ENGIE, ORANGE, MICHELIN; Foundation MICHELIN; VYV Group; AGEFIPH; CFTC Transports; CBRE Group; TOTALEnergies Group; CAMFIL Group; FNCS鈥. A senior scholar engaged in Research-to-Pedagogy-to-Business-to-Society, Prof. Bruna serves as Scientific Director of the 九色视频 Executive Masters 鈥淢anagement & CSR鈥 and of the 鈥淢anagement & Ecological and Energy Transition鈥 (九色视频/E5T).

An expert for the United Nation Platform for Road Safety and Sustainable Mobilities [UNRSF], she seats at the Executive Committee of the ENGIE鈥檚 Foundation Acting for Employment and at the Advisory Committee of the French Association of Diversity Managers. Past member of the Governmental Group of Experts on Struggle against Discriminations at Work, she serves as a regular 鈥淎nti-discrimination, Diversity & Inclusion鈥 Expert for French Ministries.

On behalf of the Fondation Nationale pour l'Enseignement de la Gestion des Entreprises [FNEGE], and under the aegis of Prof. J茅r么me Caby (Managing Director, FNEGE) and Prof. Charles-Henri Besseyre des Horts (leader of the Cercle des Entreprises de la FNEGE), she has co-led and co-published with Prof. Laurent Cappelletti (CNAM) an .

As a very committed fellow in institutional, social and managerial fields as well as personally involved in the research-business-society dialogue, Maria Giuseppina, who contributes to social-change-by-science, either wrote or directed more than 120 Institutional Reports, White Papers and Business Expertise Deliverables, delivered more than 120 Action-Research programs, Advisory Missions and Executive Conferences, benefitting to more than 65 International Organizations, Public Administrations, Companies, Local Authorities, Trade Unions, Foundations, Professional Clubs and Associations.

A socially-sensitive researcher, Maria Giuseppina regularly appears in media (L'Express, Le Monde, Les Echos, Les Echos Start, Ouest France, RFI etc.) to disseminate the fruits of her research. She sits on the Research Jury (articles and theses) of the French Association of Diversity Managers.

Distinguished with several awards, cited in 2016 among the 100 Leaders in Human Capital Management by the Magazine 顿茅肠颈诲别耻谤蝉, Prof. Bruna holds a Ph.D. in Sociology of Organizations from University Paris-Dauphine where she has defended her Accreditation to Supervise PhD Thesis in Management, under the supervision of Prof. J. F. Chanlat, on February the 14th 2022. 

A regular member of PhD and  Accreditation to Supervise Research Committees, Prof. Bruna has co-supervised a PhD thesis on the crossed challenges of digitalization and inclusion (University Paris-Nanterre) and is currently co-supervising three PhD in management at the University of Montpellier on the inclusive networks, on the social inequalities in the algorithms for educational orientation and on the promises and challenges of brotherhood in the luxury hotel-catering SMEs.
