��ɫ��Ƶ's Research, Dissemination, and Impact Department is pleased to present the European SoftImprove project on 14 January from 2 pm to 5 pm in room S11, Saint-Germain campus, 184 Boulevard Saint-Germain, 75006 Paris.

Under the auspices of the Director of Research, Dissemination, and Impact, Prof. Maria Giuseppina Bruna, Dr. Diep Tuong Bao will present the stakes, objectives, methodology, and results of the project. This will be followed by a question-and-answer session. Funded by the Erasmus+ program, SoftImprove aims to provide employed and unemployed professionals and aspiring and established entrepreneurs with the necessary and sufficient soft skills to improve their employability, career prospects, or chances of success as entrepreneurs. In the context of the artificial intelligence revolution, soft skills are proving every day to be a crucial asset in terms of employability and entrepreneurial success. In fact, the comprehensive report Youth Work and Entrepreneurial Learning (2016) shows that the development of soft skills is a particularly powerful lever for boosting the employability of professionals and the chances of success of entrepreneurs.
