This is where an EMBA is different to an MBA, as an executive MBA is only accessible to people who can prove that they have several years of professional experience in management. EMBA participants typically have an average age of between 35 and 40 years old, have a background in finance, banking, commerce, marketing, or consulting of at least 5 years, and a higher education qualification. Most EMBA students will have significant work experience of 10 to 15 years.

To be accepted for an English-speaking Executive MBA program in France, candidates must also demonstrate a good level of English. During the admissions interview, the candidates are scrutinised against many factors due to the popularity of the course. Candidates who are comfortable with teamwork, have a good analytical capacity, and the desire to open up to the international market are often the most successful.

Why study an international EMBA?

International experience, networking, and education is a great way to make your CV stand out, bring a new perspective to your work, and gain an advantage for international business.

The Executive MBA is typically considered an expensive course, although the price will depend on the establishment and country you study in. However, countries like France are notoriously much cheaper than opting for a degree in areas such as America. In fact, France is a great place to be a student in general, as the living costs are reasonable while the cities are an attractive place to live. Who doesn’t want a year living in Paris? On the other hand, an Executive MBA offers a lot of flexibility for working professionals, so studying abroad is far easier to accommodate than on a typical degree course.
