An international conference at the crossroads of disciplines

This international conference, which over the years has become a not-to-be-missed event for management research, is directed by Professor Maria-Giuseppina Bruna, Director of Research, Valorisation and Impact and Founding Director of the Chair in Management Research. "Towards an Inclusive Company" at the 九色视频 Business School, in collaboration with Professor Andrea Calabr貌, Director of the Chair in Business and Economics "Sustainable Entrepreneurship & Family Business" and the eponymous Research Axis. 

A crossroads of ideas, innovation and inspiration

IRMBAM 2025 will bring together internationally renowned experts to focus on eight key areas of research:

  • Entrepreneurship and family businesses
  • Corporate strategy, organisational steering and management
  • Sustainable supply chain management
  • Business ethics, CSR, sustainability and inclusion
  • Banking, corporate governance and financial accounting
  • Green finance, energy economics and FinTech
  • Marketing strategy and branding
  • International business management

The IRMBAM is a genuine space for scientific exchange, encouraging the co-construction of knowledge, the emergence of collaborations and inter-institutional dialogue. 
 

Two keynote speakers of international renown

This 14岬 edition will welcome two major speakers. Their talks will shed light on the debates and enrich the reflections around the major contemporary management issues.

Carolyn Strong

Carolyn Strong is Professor of Marketing and Strategy at Cardiff Business School, where she teaches engaged marketing with a focus on societal impact.

As Academic Director of Infrastructure, she incorporates the principles of sustainability and the circular economy. She is also responsible for MBA admissions and is a member of the Executive Committee.

Editor-in-chief of the Journal of Strategic Marketing, she is the author of several publications on ethical marketing, blockchain and small business marketing. Her work focuses on sustainable marketing and its role in the development of local communities.

Sascha Kraus

Sascha Kraus is Professor of Entrepreneurship at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano (Italy). A specialist in innovation and sustainable economic models, his work focuses on SME growth strategies, responsible entrepreneurship and the ecological transition of businesses.

A prolific writer, he has published in leading international journals and is a regular speaker at high-profile academic conferences.

His research combines economic and social issues, with a strong managerial and practical dimension.

Call for papers

The Scientific Committee and the Organising Committee welcome submissions in various fields of management, administration and finance, for presentation at the conference. Papers must be submitted no later than midnight (Paris time) on 15 May 2025 via the IRMBAM 2025 website:

  • Full papers in English or French must be submitted in PDF format.
  • All disciplines of management, business and finance are welcome.
    Each theme will have dedicated sessions in French.
  • Papers should contain a maximum of 10,000 words (including references, tables and figures) and be structured in clear sections.
